After a binge of sci-fi related items, I'm going to be doing a few things which are a little more contemporary. Today we have a series of high-waisted jeans called Mallory, in six different colors. Today I am offering four skins which can form the basis of an alien or fantasy avatar. Unlike most such skins on the market, these are NOT modified from a freebie template (most are based on Eloh Elliot's free Starlight skin files). All skins have no makeup, so you can use them with SL 2.0 tattoo makeups available from many vendors. Each color comes with two skins, one with enhanced cleavage and one without. Tuesday is International Labor Day (i.e. Labor Day everywhere except the US), and I found a really good free Labor Day logo on the web, so I've adapted my Firebird costume to create Mayday, the Union Superhero. It's available for one Linden at my inworld stores and at Cafe Wellstone. Since it's a dollarbie, I kept it simple. Everything is on the tattoo layer - there are no separate boots or gloves.

Lady Starstrider was inspired by the idea of creating a female version
of the most famous Dark Lord ever, Darth Vader. The result is a
*complete* outfit - bodysuit with hood, corset, helmet, bracers,
cloak, boots, chest box, pelvis armor, and twin lightsabers. I also
threw in a pair of Sith-like yellow eyes. The lightsabers are scripted with the Twin Turbo LCK. I've included an unscripted hilt so you can use a different lightsaber kit, and I've also included a full-perms copy of the Twin Turbo package (which is GPL). Although not shown in the pictures, I usually wear this with a cyborg eyepiece that comes with one of the starter avatars provided by Linden Lab. You'll find it as the Male Cyborg Eye Attachment in the Library - there's a notecard in the box that describes the specific location. This outfit is a little more complex than most of mine, so I'm charging L$150, which I think is a quite reasonable price. Meatspace issues have prevented me from releasing anything new the
last couple of weekends, but I put something together a couple of
nights ago for this weeks's Fifty5 Thursday sale. Gynoid is a nearly complete avatar - everything you see is included, except the shape. This includes a complete skin (including naughty bits) and eyes, the crop top and shorts, earrings, bracelet, and boots. All parts are fully modifiable, so you can even recolor the jewelry and boots as you wish. (The boots include a no-mod resizer script, but this can be deleted). Today and at least through the weekend, the complete avatar is 55L. The regular price will probably be 150L. As promised on Saturday, here is the second dress from Fashion Week, this one worn by Amber Heard. Amber is a sheath cocktail dress with a modest scoop neckline and a wide band of lace around the waist. No accessories this time, but it does come on all layers as usual.
